The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life. It measures your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive, and sustainable action. It also measures how engaged you are in your roles and tasks on the job and at home.
With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and transform who and how they are. These insights, combined with coaching, often boosts productivity, communication, and morale among employees.
The Energy Leadership Index assessment is given at the start of a coaching relationship and is also offered as a follow up assessment, providing tangible data to show return on investment (ROI.)

Emotional Intelligence (EIQ-2)
Emotional intelligence is a way of recognizing, understanding, and choosing how we think, feel and act. Research indicates that emotional intelligence can be learned and is contributes to measurable differences associated with professional and personal success, including communication, teamwork, leadership, decision-making, productivity and overall effectiveness.
The EIQ-2 Assessment serves to:
Heighten awareness of the various areas of emotional intelligence
Indicate relative strengths and weaknesses
Provide a framework for personal and professional development
The Team Diagnostic™ takes the approach of the team as a system, as opposed to a collection of individuals. Each team member completes an online questionnaire in which they answer questions about the team. The answers are aggregated into a single view of how the team sees itself, measured by 14 competencies that support the team's ability to be productive and work together. The results help teams clearly identify areas of team strengths, and capabilities they may want to develop.

Because it is based on the same model as the Team Diagnostic, it gives the team information that is easy to absorb and offers clear map for ongoing team development
Energy Leadership Index 360
The Energy Leadership™ Index 360 is a four-part assessment system that provides a multi-dimensional perspective on leadership. In addition to what is measured by the standard ELI, the 360 version adds a section on leadership competencies for self-assessment, as well as rating by nominated colleagues (up to 25.) These competencies and elements of the person's leadership style reflects their ability to adapt, coach, communicate, engage, inspire, and relate to those around them. These elements can be seen in regular interactions as well as in situations where challenges and conflict may be occurring.
The 360 version of the EIQ-2 assessment enables nominated colleagues to answer the same questions about the emotional intelligence of the client, for comparison in the debrief. The can uncover any blind spots the client may have around their own EQ tendencies.
